Vendors need to bring their own tables.  The tracks have plenty of chairs, but not many tables suitable for vending.

People who are vending need to register to attend and pay the admission fee. This will entitle you to eat the meals provided by the tracks.

We also request the you provide a raffle item for each track that you vend at.  It does not have to be an expensive item, but should be one that represents your product.

At Raynham on Friday, you may start setting up at 10 AM. On Saturday you may set up at 8 AM.  If you are vending both days, you are vending both days at Raynham, you can bring sheets, blankets or some kind of cover for your product and do not have to take down over night.  There will be a guard posted over night to watch the area.  We can not be responsible for lost items, but this should definitly cut down your risk of losing any items while you are not there. Any high priced items should probably be taken with you over night.

At Seabrook, you may set up at 8 AM. Some one will be there to direct you to the spot you can vend from.
