My Week as a Kennel Helper

Laura Pike is our volunteer who will arrive one week before the Expo starts at Raynham Greyhound Park. She is serving a one week internship as a kennel helper in Anthony Napolitano, Jr.'s kennel. Glenn "Tank" Atkins will supervise Laura during the week. As a point of interest, Tank ran both Highway Robber and Rooster Cogburn. Laura will be doing everything that a kennel person would be responsible for during that week, including getting up by 6AM to do morning turnout. For those of you who know Laura, you know that will be the hardest thing for her!! The price of Laura's internship is giving a talk to all Expo attendees at Raynham. She will share with you her duties and impressions of working in a real racing kennel. Have your questions ready for her!
