Breakfast with Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada
Didn't get a chance to grab breakfast before you left? Dragging a little mid morning? Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada will be serving donuts, Danishes, juices, coffee and other goodies to keep you going from when you first arrive until mid afternoon. All the food and drink has been donated by Raynham Greyhound Park, so every dime you spend with them goes 100% to help their adoption efforts.
GPAC strives for the well being of our arriving greyhounds by ensuring that our volunteers have full orientation and training sessions in the handling and caring for greyhounds while they are in transition to a placement in either foster care or to their new permanent homes. Once a greyhound is placed, we provide full support training and behaviour consultation. We are more than proud to say that we have a 95% success rate of placing dogs into new homes with small children and other pets the very first time.
