What is the best way to relax after a hectic but fun filled two days at the Greyhound Adoption Expo?? The answer is obvious.  A causal walk in the Borderland State Park. Come and join Greyhound Adventures and Trailbound Hounds as they lead you down the scenic and beautifully groomed trails at Borderland.  These are easy trails that won't strain you or your hound.  At the end of the walk, there will be the best of all things....an Ice Cream Social.  There will be ice cream for humans,  Frosty paws for the hounds.  As an added attraction, special greyhound toppings will be available.  Since we all love surprises, there will be at least one of the Frosty Paws that will have an X on the bottom.  The lucky hound that gets that one will receive a special prize of a travel bed! To qualify to win, you must have a greyhound at the walk who likes to eat Frosty Paws.

What better way to start Father's Day. A walk with your hounds, friendly conversation, meet new friends, yummy ice cream and, if you are local, still be home to celebrate Fathers Day with your Father's at lunch! Of course, All Fathers are invited to the walk and be first in line for Ice Cream!
