This year we would appreciate it, if you would please list all the names of the people attending. This will benefit both the organizers and the attendees, because we will be able to have more name tags prepared in advance. If everyone in your party will not fit on one form, please submit as many forms as necessary to include everyones name.

Also, if you plan on entering your greyhound in the Fun Run, please make sure your correct mailing address is on this registration form. This is the address we use to mail the DVDs.
